Timberline CFO LLC ("Timberline CFO", "we") operates timberlinecfo.com. We are based in Saratoga Springs, Utah.

Information you give us: when you use our calculator, tier finder or contact form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, brand website, revenue range, sales channels and details about your books.

Booking a call: our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com receives the name, email and brand website you enter and the time you choose, adds the call to our Google Workspace calendar and sends confirmation emails. Cal.com may use cookies needed to run the calendar.

Information collected automatically: we use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. Clarity uses cookies and records how pages are used (scrolling, clicks and page views) so we can improve the site; it masks text you type into forms. These tools may collect device, browser and usage information.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare for a discovery call, send the results you requested, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (for example, our hosting, email and analytics providers), or when required by law.

Retention
