How it works

The route from first call to summit.

A clear onboarding path, then a steady monthly rhythm. Here's what happens and what you get.

Onboarding journey

  1. 1

    30 minutes

    Discovery call

We learn your channels, inventory, current books and goals. You leave with a recommended tier and, after review, one fixed monthly quote.

  2. 2

    If needed

    Books cleanup

If your books are behind or unreliable, we bring them current first so every report after this point can be trusted.

  3. 3

    1–6 weeks, by plan

    Setup

We connect your channels through A2X or Synder, configure QuickBooks Online and inventory tracking, and build your dashboard.

  4. 4

    By the 20th

    Monthly close

Every month we reconcile, record inventory and COGS, and close your books by the 20th, when we have access and documents by the 5th.

  5. 5

    Ongoing

    CFO cadence

Review calls on your tier's rhythm, forecasts, and plain-English guidance on cash, margin and inventory decisions.

How it works

From messy payouts to a clear view from the top.

  1. 1Connect

    We plug into every channel

Shopify, Amazon, wholesale and your banks flow through A2X or Synder into QuickBooks Online, so each payout is split into sales, fees, refunds and reserves.

  2. 2Close

We close your books every month

Reconciled accounts, inventory and COGS tracked properly, and statements you can trust, closed by the 20th.
